One to One Therapy I meet you where you are, in the here and now
Listening to your body, the spoken and unspoken words, and together we find what is needed.
Each person is different. Some need movement to access their struggle, some a healing hands-on approach, some need words, and others need a safe physical space in which to be held.
When to seek support
Sometimes we need ourselves facing the same closed doors, the same patterns, or the same inner conficts.
At times, life’s challenges: whether physical pain, emotional overwhelm, or major transitions, can leave us feeling disconnected from our strength and inner light.
Therapy can support you through:
- Physical aches and injuries
- Grief, divorce, or separation
- Life changes and relocations
- Surgical interventions (before and after)
- Emotional blockages or overwhelm
- Important decisions and transitions
What therapy can bring
- Eases physical pain and tension, bringing the body back into balance
- Clarity in the midst of overwhelm
- Integration of shocks and transitions
- Greater resilience and self-expression
- Tools and anchors to manage strong feelings
- Improved mood, reduced anxiety, and stress
- Trust in your body and inner resources
- More choice and freedom in how you respond to life
